Ms. Anna Casio, an MDPS alumna, discussed her experiences as a student leader. Mrs. Joanne Felix talked about Teamwork, emphasizing that teams have to work together to achieve a common goal.
Mr. Feliciano Degolacion discussed about effective leadership while Ms. Kriska Santos, another MDPS alumna, explained that trust is important.
“I felt happy on what Ate Anna said that you can be a good leader even if you’re not famous,” said Marcelle. Tanyag, II-Guistizia President. Juan Miguel Estrada, II-Nobilta Public Relations Officer-Internal, said that he can now motivate his classmates because he is already a true leader.
The participants said that they felt the importance of the training and they are now ready to become good leaders and followers.
